A top down shooter on 64x64 Pixels.
This is a submission to the LOWREZJAM 2022.
Gameplay
Kill them all! There are 3 levels, you can upgrade at the end of each level, and you keep your coins after you die or when you beat all 3 levels.
Controls
Use WASD to move around. Hold down the mouse button to shoot. Press 'P' to pause.
Upgrades are (in this order):
- More shots / seconds
- More Max HP
- More movement speed
Known Bugs:
- Losing HP has a delay of ~1 second.
- Sound settings can only be changed at the very beginning of the game.
- WebGL can have sound bugs. If they sound weird, try the download version of the game.
- Fullscreen does not seem to work properly.
Disclosure: I understood the idea of this game jam halfway through, so the second half of the jam was dedicated to make it fit the requirements, i.e. literally being on 64x64 pixels. You might or might not find an unpixeld slider in the main menu, that I didn't manage to replace properly.
